American Heritage Named Diamond Awards Recipient amid Record-Breaking Competition

PHILADELPHIA – April 3, 2025 – American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) was among 180 credit unions nationwide named as winners of the prestigious Diamond Award – the Marketing, PR & Development Council’s annual competition for marketing excellence. American Heritage was recognized by winning the Awards for Best Email and Best Video Commercial.
 
American Heritage’s Email submission focused on first-time homebuyers. This single email received an impressive open rate higher than the national average and resulted in ten closed mortgages totaling $3.3 million in loan origination. Both the Email and Video Commercial Awards reflect the benefits of membership and why individuals should choose American Heritage as their designated financial institution.
 
2024 was a record year for the Diamond Awards, with 1,400 submissions put forth in total. In all, 180 organizations from 42 states were recognized as a winner. The Marketing, PR & Development Council of America’s Credit Unions selects the winners amongst submitting credit unions, advertising agencies, and other related associations. The Diamond Awards have celebrated excellence in credit union marketing for more than 30 years.
