We’re excited to announce the launch of a valuable new noncredit course at Montgomery County Community College: Sterile Processing Technician Training—offered in partnership with Pottstown Hospital, where the course will be held on-site.


TRAIN FOR AN IN-DEMAND HEALTHCARE CAREER
This comprehensive course combines classroom instruction with clinical experience, preparing students for roles in sterile processing. Topics include:

  • Sterilization processing techniques
  • Decontamination procedures
  • Handling and processing of reusable instrumentation
  • Aseptic technique
Upon successful completion, students are eligible to sit for the Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) exam.
